Understanding AKTIV Trocknung's workflow and designing a user-friendly interface for both admin and technician roles were major challenges. The software had to accommodate scenarios where technicians might visit locations without Wi-Fi, requiring offline data storage and later synchronization. Additionally, the app needed to include multiple features while remaining intuitive and easy to use, which led to multiple iterations in the design process.

We conducted in-depth consultations with the client to understand their operational workflow and the specific needs of each user role. We designed the software to include an offline mode for technicians, ensuring data could be captured even in the absence of Wi-Fi. The admin interface was built to facilitate easy project management, technician assignment, and data export. We also went through several rounds of design refinements to ensure the software was both feature-rich and user-friendly.
